What is dieting anyway?

What I can tell you is that it’s NOT one of my favorite words!!

Every time I decide to go on a “diet”, I either eat DOUBLE or STARVE myself!

Does it happen to you too? When it comes to me, I think I create some kind of war in my head with food & all my attention starts growing there!
I focus so much on my hunger that I become hungry all the time!!!!
So alternatively, I started focusing more on “who I want to become” instead of “who I am today and what I want to do about it”.

I accepted myself the way I am, set a goal, & brought all my attention to my L-i-f-e-s-t-y-l-e. I focused on the healthy food I LIKE. On the things that make Me HAPPY & COMFORTABLE.


On what relaxes my BODY & MIND. And I decided to start TODAY not TOMORROW. Everyone is somehow struggling with their bodies to do Better. Eat Healthier. Become Stronger.

Keep in mind that you are not alone in this. And seeking help from a professional is not only helpful but Useful and necessary most of the time! I hope these small tips and my personal experience helped you have a clearer picture!
